House with backyard and parking

All in all it was fine for our group and the price we paid. The only thing that may prevent us returning is the lack of Positive: Convenient location. Negative: Biggest thing was that one queen bedroom had one of the bathrooms and you have to go through it to get to the bedroom downstairs. Other things of note: Tiny kitchen for 10 people with no cabinet space. The fridge was missing a shelf and the door racks, which limits storage. Be prepared: We did not have enough towels for the 10 of us, and not a single wash cloth, hand towel, or dish towels.

Positive: The rooms are spacious, and there is a good vibe to the place and nearby location.

. Positive: Very, very clean inside and updated. Great lighting out front and inside. Negative: The back yard needed some TLC and straighting up. It was a nice size back yard but unkempt. A little clean up and trash picked up would go a long way. Measuring cups needed for the kitchen. Also, paper towels & pot holders. I had to use paper napkins I bought to take out pan from oven. Not even a dish towel was available.
