Nice house with king bed 25min to Niagara falls

Highly recommended! Positive: It is an amazing apartment. Perfect for a big family. It is clean, spacious and fully equipped. So cozy and very homey. We had a very comfortable stay. Parking space is free and easy too. Negative: At first we felt uncomfy and uneasy with the neighborhood but the overall stay was quiet.

Good place to stay Positive: The attention to detail is amazing (e.g. each room has a tv, the extra folding beds, the sofa beds and the fans in each room). The host checked on us the second day of our stay. Seamless check in and check out process. There is a lot of space for a family or a group to stay at this house. The bathrooms are beautiful…shower only downstairs. The kitchen is fully stocked with nearly everything one needs to cook. The full size washer and dryer are a plus. I was concerned as the neighborhood was labeled as “the hood”, but the street was quiet. I saw three churches within 1/4 mile and a mosque less than a 5 minute walk. Negative: 1. There were no washcloths. I understand these can walk away with guests, but they’re still a staple. 2. The tv in the second downstairs bedroom is clearly dying. The screen was dark, despite changing settings. 3. The door in that same room didn’t stay closed. 4. The bathrooms didn’t have shower gel/ soap. We did pack our own, but that would also be a staple considering the ample hair conditioner provided. 5. Please add printed house rules/check out instructions. This could be included with the wifi instructions already posted in the kitchen.
