Nice and cozy house with king bed fenced yard

Overall, the stay was comfortable and well-equipped, with clean bathrooms, good Wi-Fi, and a respons Positive: The stay was good overall. The beds were comfortable, rooms were adequately spacious, the house was well-supplied with everything we needed, bathrooms were clean and with hot water, WIFI was good, and the host frequently checked in to make sure everything was going smoothly. Negative: It was a nice stay overall except one problem. There was a sandwich on the table which had been clearly eaten through its wrapper by a small animal and we later heard squeaking sounds and rummaging in the trash overnight. We found a rat/mouse-sized hole in the attic door, so we unfortunately could not use that room to sleep in and it made the rest of the night stressful as we were not sure where the rodent was. It is unfortunate that that happened as the stay was good other than that and the host said he will immediately work on contacting the exterminators and fixing the problem once we told him.

Positive: Brand new renovated home that has all facilities. The area was perfectly located as I was never more than 30 minutes away from most places I needed to be. Would definitely book again if I return to Buffalo
